When I purchase clothing for Mia and Natalia, I also make sure the fabric is durable! I have washed her outfits and they still look brand new with no harsh fading. Get Your Sexy On at Allure

So after discovering Allure Lingerie in McAllen, the chances of me heading to Victoria's Secret are slim, unless I'm in massive need of some 5 for $25 workout chones or boyfriend sweat pants. I found the prettiest, sexiest and most comfy bras ever at Allure as well as panties. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I have lived in big cities such as Austin or Houston but shopping and dining somewhere that makes me feel like I'm in another place really makes me giddy. That's the feel you get when you walk into Allure which is right next to Salt (super yummy) and two doors down from The Dry Room. When you walk in, the feeling is very light and airy, the lingerie is displayed on the prettiest furniture pieces and your eyes just drift to everything beautiful in there. The vibrant colors of the lingerie, to the fun Hanky Panky and Nippies that are laid out make for great conversation as the girls Mary and Tina (from Tina G Jewelry) are bound to crack you up with a story about the latter. Happy 3 Months Natalia!

If someone would have asked me 10 years ago at the tender age of 21 what do I think my life would look like at 31, I wouldn't have imagined this! Never did I imagine life with TWO girls, and at times even one. I had always dreamed of having a son who was athletic like me. Someone I could throw a football with and bust out my old powder puff pictures and show him I was the QB, I imagined me on a basketball court schooling his ass in front of his friends and playing until the sun went down and then showing off my old collection of Jordan's through pictures when I thought I was gonna be the next chic in the WNBA. He would laugh and then I'd drink a beer while we sat on the couch watching football all Sunday long. I do have that, but I get to do it with my step son. What I am getting at is I never thought I would have two gorgeous girls that call me mommy. One hiding under my maxi dress and the other spitting up in my freshly blown out hair. Never did I imagine a plethora of bows thrown all over the house with matching tutus to toss up in the air. Although I seem very girly, it was just never what I imagined. My mother totally brought it to my attention on Sunday as she looked at Mia tugging at my dress and I was holding Nati, she asked "would you have ever imagined your life with two girls" and she asked because she really knew the answer. "No", never ever in my wildest dreams did I think this would be my life.  And as Natalia turns 3 months today, I would never have imagined waking up next to a beautiful blue eyed baby that will soon call me mommy. In this beautiful thing we call life...there are so many more things that I am looking forward to that I would never have imagined...happy 3 months my sweet sweet Natalia.

Moment of Truth with Younique 3D Lash Mascara

Right before heading to the beach, I checked my mail and I was stoked to have received The Younique Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lash Mascara to review. Ok, so like I have said before it's always great to be sent products to review but for the sake of my readers and the fact that so many take my opinion to heart and purchase the products, I am brutally honest! SoOoo here it goes!
I la la LOVE falsies, I love the way they make me feel when I put them on the right way lol. I laugh because to this day, they're still a challenge for me to put on. Either one eyelash is perfect and the other one is whack or they're both whack and I end up screwing up all my eye shadow, but nonetheless they can make you look like your makeup is professionally done when placed just right. I kept hearing about Younique's mascara so I was extremely excited to try it out! I figured, this was going to be what saves me from purchasing gaboodles of lashes and the time it takes me to put those suckers on!

It comes in this adorable case! I mean what mascara looks all fancy shmancy like this!? HA

This mascara is a 4 -step process. 

Step 1: A light coat of your fave mascara

Step 2: Transplanting Gel

Step 3: Add the natural fibers 

Step 4: Transplanting Gel again to seal 

I honestly could NOT BELIEVE how incredibly long my eye lashes were after using this mascara. I received several compliments asking if they were falsies. I will ADMIT that the lashes are a little more haywire compared to falsies but nonetheless achieve their purpose, to lengthen hella' crazy and give lashes that extremely full look. Do not apply a million times cause it will get clumpy. At night I usually use a Neutrogena makeup wipe to take off my makeup and it came off very easy! Boho Glam

Boho is a trend that is totally here to stay. Every year one thinks it's going to be last year's news and it keeps coming back bigger and better! I'm sure it has to do with the ever growing music festivals like Coachella. This is my spin on boho glam since I am no where rocking next to a stage (in which I would be wearing cut offs and a fabulous flower crown head band), HA enjoy the inside the city limits look!

7:30 Train

With the hustle and bustle of everyday life that includes me owning a business, starting up my new jewelry boutique, styling clients and blogging, and to top it off breast feeding...it was extremely necessary for me to take a step back and really enjoy these first couple of months with baby Natalia.  God knows how fast time flew with Mia and I really wanted to soak in every second of her so I stepped away from blogging for about 2.5 seconds but I'm BACK! What better way to come back than with a few photos from the Kardashian Kids Collection that was sent our way from the Kardians themselves. If you have gone to Babies 'R Us in the past few days you may have already seen the line but it officially drops Nation-wide tomorrow so make sure you scoop up some pieces! They have adorable headbands, faux leather skirts and pants that Natalia received as well. Can't wait to photograph her in them lol SO STINKIN' CUTE!!! Natalia's New Born Photo Shoot

I had totally planned on blogging Natalia's newborn pictures yesterday but the Instagram world was struck by devastating news and it just didn't seem right as I spent the day holding my little ones a little bit tighter. For those who know I am a blogger and an avid Instagram user that I use as my creative outlet where I get to share my love of fashion, baby fashion and all things girly. However, one of my fave things about Instagram is following other mommys that share the same interests and most importantly the love for their family and children. It's such a beautiful thing seeing other families and watching their children grow that you feel like you personally know them and become invested and apart of their family. Well something tragic happened to one of the most beautiful little boys that thousands of people follow. Little Ryan was chasing a frisbee that had rolled into the street and was struck by a car and went on to meet our Heavenly Father. I have been taught to never question why God does what he does, but when a child is taken so young from such a loving family, one can't help but ask why....why? A parent should never have to bury their child much less a 3 year old who had so much to live for. He brought so much joy to everyone who followed him. His gorgeous long, red curly hair and big smile will forever be apart of our IG family's memory. So, in memory of Ryan who is now an angel up in heaven...here is my little angel who I pray will bring as much joy to everyone around her as I know this little guy did. I can't express the patience Angela has with newborns. She did Mia's newborn portraits and there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted her to shoot Natalia's. She's so gentle, rocks the babes to sleep like a total baby whisperer. I wish I could hire her to be my nanny LOL if you're looking for a rad, professional photographer...she's the one!
