Just taking a little cue and borrowing from the boys! Love how this dress incorporated a cuff that downplayed the femininity of the dress and took it for a spin down dude lane. To pull the outfit together I chose these patent flats from Zara that are OH SO COMFY & cute! My husband just looked at me and said "why don't you just wear my shoes" LOL boys..they don't understand but thank you for the offer! HAHA

Soaking up the sun at The Pyramid of the Sun... & Moon

Whenever we go on vacation in Mexico, I always pass up the opportunity to go visit the pyramids and partly because it's so darn hot when we vacation during the summer and we normally have the littles ones with us...but this time I was riding solo, and at 65 degrees and knew I HAD to go! Lucky for me, I got to visit The Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of the moon in Teotihuacan, which is the 3rd largest pyramid in the world! Just breathtaking. Here are a few pics :)

Q & A with Ginna V

ASK GINNA: So I think it's awesome when I get emails from Instagram followers or messages on Facebook regarding fashion or baby products or my opinion on certain outfits. The best is when i'm at dinner and a message comes through and it's a picture of someone's outfit and they ask "would you wear this, does this look ok, which shoe" LOL my husband is like WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!? And i'm liiiiike "sorry, its a fashion 911" So here are some of the frequently asked questions & my answers!

(Q) Can you wear white after Labor Day?

(A) I've always been a fan of "fashion has no rules" if you love it and you feel comfortable in it, then rock the hell out of it. I don't hold back, stark white can be tricky sometimes so I love a good class beige/off white color. However, I am obsessed with white on white or cream on cream. I will definitely be rockin' it this winter! 

I love the question "would you buy this or that" so here was a good question

(Q) Should I buy this trendy bag or this Prada bag

(A) Look, if you have to decide and you can only buy one and you're willing to fork down on a classic piece, I would say the classic. Think of all the money you spend buying one trendy bag after another. $100 here, $250 there, throw in a few cute $30 clutches here and there. By the time you know, the bag has lost its shape, the trend has already faded and you could have bought a structured tote that could stand the test of time. But don't get me wrong, every now and then a cute $40 clutch rocks too! 

(Q) How do you dress up everyday with kids?

(A) People, people...please do not let all these Intagram pics and FB lovely curated pics fool you. So i'm gonna let you in on a little secret...shhhhhh I dress up about 3 days out of the week. As I type this, I am sitting here with ZERO makeup, distressed jeans that are hella old, an old Missoni sweater and Target loafers with dirty hair. You see, two days ago I got all dolled up and did a photo shoot with about 4 different outfits that would last me a week! I mean seriously, hair and makeup all day, every day when I don't have TO!?!? pffff stop it! and another secret..shhhhh....all the big bloggers I know...do the same thing. ;)
